| Welcome to Rising Water Quarter Horses!!! We are James and Jackie Meffen, and we live south of St. Louis, Missouri where we stand our IBHA World Champion stallion, Phenomenal Creation, and the rest of our herd. James is a graduate of Benedictine University in Lisle, IL with a BS in Biology and a Masters Degree in Physiology. Jackie is a graduate of Illinois College in Jacksonville, IL, with a BS in Biology/Pre-Vet. We were fortunate enough in May 2005 to purchase IBHA World Champion stallion Phenomenal Creation!! We are very excited to stand him to the public and enjoy showing some of our own Phenomenal foals in the Buckskin circuits. In his first two foal crops, "Pete" had already produced World Champions and Reserve World Champions, and continues to have more Champions each year! | Connor & Angelsfinalcreation "Belle" - May 2010 Connor and Belle were born the same exact day, and almost the same exact time. Since then, the two have has a special connection to each other. Belle runs up to Connor in the pasture for kisses and hugs, and she let Connor start riding her bareback last year, as an unbroke 2-year old! She might be a "crazy halter horse", but she's crazy about Connor! |
